At glevanta LLC, we are committed to ensuring your baby travel gear arrives quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders:
- Cost: Free ($0)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing
Example: With 1-2 business days processing and 3-7 business days shipping, your order should arrive within 4-9 business days from the date of purchase.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours and can be used to track your package on the carrier’s website.
5. Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

- Lost Packages: Contact us so we can assist with locating the package or arranging a replacement.
