1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused and in the same condition as received
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt
Items showing signs of use, damage not due to our fault, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@glevanta.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
- Return Label: Once approved, we will email a prepaid return shipping label.
- Package Your Item: Include all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Affix the return label.
- Ship It Back: Drop off at the designated carrier location.
4. Return Shipping
glevanta LLC covers the cost of return shipping for eligible items. You will not incur any return shipping fees.
5. Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
6. Inspection and Processing
Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email once the return is processed and the refund status is approved or denied.
7. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Additional time may be required by banks or credit card companies for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@glevanta.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
10. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is processed for shipping by contacting support@glevanta.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process.
